Bowflex Blaze Review
Bowflex Blaze Home Gym
Here it is the Bowflex Blaze Review, and it's about time aswell, after all the requests by our visitirs we have decided to put togther out Bowflex Blaze Opinions.
An affordable version of the Bowflex line. The Bowflex Blaze Home Gym is the perfect choice for any of you that have been scared off with the hefty price tags of other bowflex models.
But with the price cut comes the stripped down result of other models too. The resistance is still and impressive 210lbs of power rod resistance. This can be improved even further, upto 410lbs in fact, but extra power rods will have to be added. It aslo comes with the ability to do 50+ exercises straight out of the box.
The Bowflex Blaze Home Gym is a lot smaller than other Bowflex models aswell making it easier for storage.
Bowflex Blaze Home Gym Equipment Information
- The 210lbs standard power rod resistance feels as good as free weights if not better, as there is no risk of joint pain or pulled muscles.
- Can be upgraded to 310lbs and even 410lbs with the addition of extra rods
- Includes a lat tower which is great for the back and shoulder muscles
- A lower pulley and squat station that is used to build those quads (front thighs), hamstrings (back of thighs), and your glutes (butt)
- Leg extension and leg curl attachment to develop those stronger legs if the squats are too hard or not liked
- A pretty cool attachement for cardio is the rowing option, which can be used to tone up, warm up, and cooling down.
- Includes 5 grip option on all the puuley stations
- A very handy workout placecard is included which can be used for reference whilst working out
- Vertical folding system which makes for easy storage

Conclusion
With the price as low as it is compared to the higher priced models of the Xtreme 2 and the Ultimate it's no suprise that there are some aspects missing from the Bowflex Blaze Home Gym. The key aspects that I'm talking about are the adjustable bench and the adjustable pulleys which were such a great addition to the pricier models. If you are looking for a cheaper model then this a great little gym for the novice but for someone who is a little bit more experienced perhaps the Ultimate 2 or the Xtreme 2 are better options.
Having compared the best prices on the net we have decided that the best place to buy the Bowflex Blaze Home Gym is direct from the bowflex site itself.
