Bowflex Reviews
Not suprisingly there is plenty bowflex home gym review's going around and they vary a great deal. After looking over some of these opinions (tonns actually) I still was'nt sure as to whether or not these are in fact good or bad. I just couldn't make sense of the wide scale of very different opinions that are out there on the Bowflex home gyms and I'm sure you're the same.
So with this in mind we decided to all plum together here at weightgain4you and go ahead and try a few of the home gym models for the 6 week period were if you're not 100% happy with the product you can send it back no questions asked, which was perfect for us. Many people like the Bowflex because of its ability to fold up. It can be transported with you if you have to move and doesnt take up a lot of your baggage allowances. They also like the wide array of exercises they can get from one machine, giving them a total body workout.
Those who have used the Bowflex say it is an excellent machine for the beginner, but not so for anyone who has experience at working out. Not True!!
They complain that some of the machines are not really good for a cardio workout. It doesnt have the rowing machine option and is not very good for anyone who is tall. Not True!!
Many of these people who have wrote about these machines have not tested the machines out and plus they were written a few years ago and the gyms have come a long way from the first bowflex home gym that was introduced first.
