If you've read some of our other Body Craft reviews you may have realized that they supply some of the best home gyms available. I know I seem to be saying this a lot but what else can I say, it's true. We're not promoters of Body Craft or anything like that, we just know which gyms are worth the penny's and this one certainly is.
Like the Galena (also made by Body Craft) the Body Craft Express Home Gym, the Body Craft Xpress Home Gym or the Body Craft Xpress Pro Home Gym, whatever you want to call it it is a super space saver with it's clever design. Also like the Galena it will fit into the corner of the room no problem. It still fits into the corner even with the optional leg press which is absolutely recommended, especially if you don't like doing squats.
The Body Craft Xpress Pro Home Gym comes with cable arms. This is a fantastic space saving idea and is one of the main reasons why it will fit nice and easy into the corner. The consumer guide have cottoned onto the fact that this home gym is quality by awarding it the best buy badge of honour.
Equipment Information
- Heavy Duty Steel Frame which is chip and scratch proof, powder coated, and also has a heavy gauge
- The pulleys, bushes and bearings are industrial grade
- The cables have been tested to 2000lb
- The pads are all made from heavy duty vinyl and are of high density
- It has a 200lb weight stack with guard
- Contains the lat pulldown bar, short bar, cable arm handles and ankle strap
- Horizontal adjustable bench
- The cable arms can be used for the chest, shoulders, and arms. There are plenty of different exercises you can do with these so the possibilities are totally upto your imagination.
- The bench press can be used for the chest
- The lat pulldown can be used for the back or triceps
- The low row can be used for the back, shoulders, biceps, and leg kicks
- The ab crunch station can be used for abs and hip flexors
- The leg extension can be used for the quads, hamstrings, and calves. The leg press design also doubles the effective load to 400lb

Like all other home gyms the Body Craft Xpress pro Home Gym is covered for life. That means if anything goes wrong with anything on the machine then Body Craft will replace it no questions asked

Downsides
- There is no pec dec. This was what was sacrificed when the addition of cable arms was made. The pec dec is not one of my favourite things anyways as it tends to irritate my shoulders a little bit, but a lot of people love it.
Conclusion
This is truly a brilliant little home gym. Body Craft should be proud for which they probably are anyway given this home gyms quality. If you want a home gym that hardly takes up any space at all then you should definately check out this baby.
