Firstly, this fantastic home gym is quality assured and has been really well put together, and it offers absolutely everything you could hope for in a home gym.

One of the main things with this Body Solid EXM 1500S Home Gym that sets itself apart from any of the other home gyms in it's class is the fact that the low row off is to the side rather in front of the bench which is the usual position on many home gyms. This gives the Body Solid Multistation Home Gym EXM1500S a more convenient design that takes up less space which is the main problem with any home gym, and it makes it much easier to see and adjust the weight rack when your exercising. Another plus for this Body-Solid EXM1500 is that there is an extra cable attachment included at mid row just above the bench which is great for getting a good ab workout.

The Low Row is next to the weight stack. I really don't enjoy getting up and having to walk round the peice of machinery when I'm doing my rows, so the fact that it is right next to is a major plus for me. If your anything like this then your going to love the Body Solid EXM1500S.
Also an added bonus is the extra cable position. It's great that Body Solid decided to include this in their multi-station gym because I'm not complaining. This added cable increases the range of exercises on the home gym without taking anything away from the other exercise options.

The weight stack is only 160lbs. This is'nt a problem for those of you that aren't a muscle adonis but for those of you that are, you will probably require a heavier stack.

The Body-Solid EXM1500 is small compared to many of the big collossus's that cost upwards of $1000, but nothing that you would'nt need is included in this home gym. Like many of those other machines where tonnes of uneccessary add ons have been stuffed in even though they will probably never get used. With the Body Solid EXM 1500S Home Gym you are guaranteed that everything included is basically everything you need for a great workout.

With the price being so low and the fact that you get a lifetime warranty that covers practically everything on the machine it's competitors find it very hard to beat.
