Bandflex Home Gym Reviews
Stamina Bandflex Home Gym
In this Bandflex Home Gym Review you will find out that the Stamina Bandflex Home Gym is a cheaper alternative to both the Weider Crossbow and the famous Bowflex Home Gyms. The main difference between these home gyms is the choice of cables or pulleys they use. The Bandflex home gym uses a system of 6 bungee cables for the resistance during training whereas the bowflex uses quality power rod technology.
There are plenty of biased Bandflex Home Gym Reviews, mostly which come from bandflex themselves, here's what some of their reviews have to say:
The Bandflex home gym offers a maximum of 260lbs resistance compared to Bowflex's 210lbs resistance.
With the Bandflex home gym there are 67 possible exercises compared to the Bowflex's total of 60 possible exercises
The Bandflex is about one third the price of all the bowflex models
The Bowflex reviews also say that there gym is better for improving overall fitness and not just your strength

Benefits
When writing this Bandflex Home Gym Review we came across a few benefits, the Bandflex Home Gym benefits include :
- Very cheap
- Very light
- Very quiet
- Lots of variety in exercises
Downsides
If we didn't include any downsides in this Bandflex home gym review it would be like all the other biased bandflex home gym reviews so here they are :
- The bands can stretch over a length of time. They are cheap to replace and very easy to get hold of but if you train hard you will find yourself replacing these things quite a bit. My advice to you would be to buy some on purchase, they're only $5 each which is very reasonable.
- The belt which is used for support for the the back when doing leg press is not adequate and something stronger may be needed for those heavier lifts. You can't be too fussy though as not many home gyms have a leg press included as they are normally added extra's.
Conclusion
After this review of the Stamina Bandflex Home Gym we have come to the decision that it is a very good cheap alternative to the Bandflex models. If you want a home gym that you can easily store away and you want a good workout on then this will satisfy you.
The best price we found and the most reputable seller was BigFitness.com
