Name: Jay Turner

Weight: 10st 6lbs Height: 5' 8"

Jay was in total despair.  At 5' 8" and 10st 6lbs, he couldn't gain weight to save his life.  He felt down about his weight and he was totally sick and tired of being regarded as a 10 stone weakling.  He frantically read all the true weight gain stories he could get his hands on, pouring over the pictures, and writing to contact the right people online.

"I was just fed right up with people pointing their fingers at me and laughing," said Jay.  It actually got so bad he would avoid going out with his friends.  As for girls, he'd pretty much given up on them.  "What girl in her right mind is going to want to date someone that looks like a Q-tip with pants," moaned Jay.

Jay got wise and started reading up on weight gain and muscle gain on the Internet.  He was totally hooked when he saw the before and after pictures on some of the sites.  "I figured if I could look like that by just eating right and doing workouts at the gym and lift weights, then that was what I was going to do," explained Jay.

Jay started eating balanced meals which were full of proteins, carbs and essential oils. He started eating meals 6 times a day which is a meal every 3 hours. He also started going to the gym 3 times a week working with a professional trainer.  12 weeks later he was looking cut and fit. His friends could not believe what they saw.  There was Jay at a more than decent looking, solidly built and buff 11st 8lbs or mostly muscle, and man alive, did he ever look cool now.  "It's the best decision I ever made and it's turned my life right around," grinned Jay. 

Name: Roger Gray Age: 24

Weight: 11st 3lbs Height: 6' 2"

Roger's story started when he was just a youngster.  He ate everything in sight and still never gained an ounce.  This persisted even into his teenage years and followed him to college. A source of never-ending grief for him, as he wanted desperately to play football, Roger frantically searched for ways to pack on weight and muscle (without resorting to steroid use).  He also read true weight gain stories, but figured nothing like that was "ever" going to happen to him.

"I tried everything I could think of incuding going to the gym seven days a week.  I worked out until I dropped and only got a bit cut, no where near enough to make the football team.  They all thought I'd get blown away in a high wind," laughed Roger.   Roger was 6' 2 " and weighed 11st 3lbs.

It wasn't until Roger met a neighbour down the street from his home who was into bodybuilding that he got the information he had needed for so long.  Ellis introduced him to the gym and regular work outs just 3 times a week, how to slowly work up the number of reps, how to use the machines properly and most of all, the major missing component – how to eat properly, regularly, and not skip meals. 

Roger was well on his way to reaching his goals.  His progress was a bit slower than Jay's, but he still got to where he wanted to go.  And now, yes, he's playing football and there's another skinny guy who wants to join the team. Roger figures he's got his work cut out for him!  And more true weight gain stories to come.

Alyia had grown up skinny and underweight.  She had no illusions about how she looked, although she didn't think her legs were that bad.  She figured she looked like a toothpick.  Her clothes hung on her frame and she despaired of ever getting something that fit right and actually looked decent on her.

At 5' 6" and 9st 2lbs, she was really thin and looked very fragile.  Guys always thought she needed protecting.  Alyia figured otherwise and was getting really fed up with always being thought of as a delicate flower.  Inside she was sure there was a kick ass, dymanite woman wanting to get out.  Turns out she was right.

Alyia's physical education class went on a tour of a gym that specialized in weight lifting and training.  She was amazed at the kinds of equipment found there and at the hard bodies she was seeing.  Before the class left the facility, Alyia took a chance and asked one of the women in the gym working out how she got to look as good as she did, and how she put on weight.

The answer shocked Alyia into blurting out "I want to do this.  Will you show me how?" Impressed by Alyia's drive and get in your face attitude, Sasha took her under her wing and started showing her the ropes.  Alyia bloomed under her guidance and learned not only how to use each of the gym's machines, but how to eat the right way.

Today Alyia is into serious female bodybuilding competitions and weighs (off season) 10st 9lbs, and during competitions, 10st 6lbs of pure muscle.  She's won some contests, come close in others, but that doesn't matter to her.  "I'm more interested in what this has done for my self-confidence.  I can do anything I want to do, and guys?  They certainly don't fall all over themselves to help me now, because I can usually outlift them," she laughed.  Alyia is now sponsoring a girlfriend into her world, and she loves the challenges of teaching someone else how to gain weight and eat right.  "This is about giving back what someone gave to me – a chance to make it doing something I knew I was destined to do," she added.
